RPRC Match Description Shotgun: 5-Stand
All RPRC range rules will be adhered to.  Mandatory safety talk at 12:45 pm. Competition starts at 10:00 AM.

This event will count in the Shotgun Division of the Club Championship, AND the Overall Club Championship. The match will be held at the 5-Stand range.

EQUIPMENT: GUNS: Any shotgun capable of holding at least two (2) rounds of ammunition. SHELLS: No shot larger than 7 1/2 will be permitted.

COURSE OF FIRE: Two (2) standard rounds of 5-Stand, 25 targets each, total of 50 targets. A second shot is allowed if needed on single targets, however if both shots are misses it will be scored as one miss. Two (2) misfires or failure to shoot are allowed, but not seeing a bird is not an alibi. At each of the five stations there will be a card listing the specific targets to be presented at that station with the following order: First - Single Target (second shot allowed if missing on the first shot) Second - Report Pair (Second target is released upon the sound of the first shot) Third - True Pair (both targets released at the same time) Ties will be broken by a shoot-off with each competitor shooting five shots from station one with each competitor shooting the same number of rounds until the tie is broken.
